This year Ramadan Challenge invites you to do some light cardio such as walking while you fast or even after while listening to Quran. Walking while fasting has amazing physical benefits. Listening to the Quran and selected Duahs have tremendous spiritual benefits. It is our intention of ONE14 to combine both.
