We ask that you do so safely by being aware of your surroundings as the park is open to the public and the path is utilized by runners and bicyclists.

No dress code will be enforced. However, we encourage all to dress modestly.

The men start first, and women will start shortly thereafter. However, the course will be a loop, so we will be bound to run past each other at some point.

For virtual races, memorization will be tested via Zoom the week before race day, while for in-person races, memorization will be tested in person the day before the race.
