About the challenge

Ramadan is the perfect month to Conquer your nafs. The shaitan is eliminated from the equation leaving you only with your nafs. It’s the month where you can actually know thy self(nafs).
We have designed a challenge that both strengthens your body and conquer your nafs, we call it fasted Qardio.
During the day, when you are tired, thinking about food, wanted to just lie down and watch food network videos, it is at this very time that we invite you to get up, go for a walk or run and listen to a juzu of the Quran.
How it works
- Make the intention to do this challenge
- Download Strava and find the the one14 group
- Join the whatsapp group. Will be revealed below after you register
- We will send the juzu and duah every day on Strava and whatsapp
- Walk or Run while listening to the audio we send daily
